We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Microsoft Security team in Barcelona or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Support the development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth in Microsoft Security.
- Pipeline Management: Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system.
- Reporting and Analysis: Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
- Business Plan Execution: Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager as the marketing plans.
- Customer Enablement: Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
- Product Communication: Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
- Security Sales Experience: Knowledge and experience in Security sales scope.
- IT Industry Knowledge: IT industry knowledge Channel, Vendors and Competition.
- Language Skills: Proficiency level of English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage.
- Sales Skills: Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
- Education: Degree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantage.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure.
- Availability: Availability to do periodic visits to clients.
