About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Microsoft Security team in Barcelona or Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and customer enablement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Business Strategies: Support the development of strategies and ideas to assist business growth in Microsoft Security.
  2. Pipeline Management: Ownership for building an accurate and detailed pipeline of deals within the Company's CRM system.
  3. Reporting and Analysis: Weekly reporting to the vendor on sell-out activity, tracking performance of promotional activities and the deal pipeline.
  4. Business Plan Execution: Support execution of business plans as required by the business development manager as the marketing plans.
  5. Customer Enablement: Identify training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams and address accordingly.
  6. Product Communication: Communicate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions to customers and the internal sales teams.
Requirements
  1. Security Sales Experience: Knowledge and experience in Security sales scope.
  2. IT Industry Knowledge: IT industry knowledge Channel, Vendors and Competition.
  3. Language Skills: Proficiency level of English and Spanish.
  4. Technical Skills: Experience of SAP R3 and Business Warehouse would be an advantage.
  5. Sales Skills: Telephone sales skills, customer focus, and excellent communication skills.
  6. Education: Degree in a business related subject is desirable / an advantage.
  7. Product Knowledge: Ability to develop a knowledge of product and technology portfolio in Azure.
  8. Availability: Availability to do periodic visits to clients.
