Job Purpose

To drive profitable market share growth in Microsoft Security as a Business Developer in Barcelona or Madrid. Support the vendor business lead in executing business plans, managing the pipeline, and enabling customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies and ideas to boost business growth in Microsoft Security.
  • Build and maintain an accurate pipeline of deals within the company's CRM system.
  • Provide weekly reports to the vendor on sales activity, promotional performance, and deal pipeline.
  • Support the execution of business plans as required by the business development manager.
  • Identify training opportunities for customers and internal sales teams.
  • Communicate product information, pricing, and promotions to customers and internal sales teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in Security sales scope.
  • IT industry knowledge, including Channel, Vendors, and Competition.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with SAP R3 and Business Warehouse is an advantage.
  • Excellent telephone sales skills, customer focus, and communication skills.
  • Degree in a business-related subject is desirable.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of the product and technology portfolio in Azure.
  • Availability for periodic client visits.
