About the Role

At ING, we're seeking a talented Customer Service & Efficiency Supervisor to join our COO Contact Center.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a high-performing team, driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a skilled and results-driven individual with:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of contact center experience.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Proactivity, accountability, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive change.
