We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Administrator Supervisor to join our team at HITACHI EUROPE S.A. (SPAIN).
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the EMEA sales support team and drive customer satisfaction through exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Highlights:
- Lead the EMEA sales support team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer orders from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operations status quo and resolve complex issues.
- Collaborate with the Europe Warehouse to ensure stock levels and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with a focus on international trade or customer service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service/sales, including experience in international trade.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and active listening skills, and a sense of urgency.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Moderate proficiency with Microsoft programs such as CRM, Outlook, Word, Excel, and proficiency with SAP.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
