German Speaking International Sales Manager

About the Role
In this highly rewarding position, you will be responsible for selling our language programs to customers in Germany and other target markets. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue by answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and building strong customer relationships through high-quality written and oral communications. You will also be responsible for completing all required administration and recording of sales through CRM systems and other business tools. Additionally, you will need to build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible and prompt support at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell our language programs to customers in Germany and other target markets.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to follow up on enquiries and quotes.
- Build strong customer relationships through high-quality written and oral communications.
- Complete all required administration and recording of sales through CRM systems and other business tools.
- Build strong relationships with team members and provide flexible and prompt support at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to speak, read, and write in German and English.
- In-depth experience of selling to markets in German.
- Significant experience in telesales or direct sales role, preferably a minimum of 6-12 months.
- Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and close sales in German and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent computer skills and good writing skills.
- Knowledge of Salesforce system.
