About the Role

The Director of Business Development will play a pivotal role in driving the success of IQVIA's Hospital Information System in the European market. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned business development professional to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual annual sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide input to develop and adapt current solutions to meet the needs of our clients
  • Support the build-out of account plans and develop client-specific account strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with substantial experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of selling directly to healthcare clients, ideally within the provider Health IT and/or operational clinical systems area
  • Extensive knowledge of Health IT tech offerings and customer account management
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior level executives both internally and at customer organizations
  • Ability to work independently and engage wider go-to-market stakeholders across the organization
