Responsibilities:- Business Performance & Operations:
- Drive sales performance to consistently meet or exceed targets, ensuring maximum business profitability.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop individualized action plans.
- Lead the team in implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth in new retail channels.
- Maintain boutique image and compliance with company policy while continuously improving operations.
- Client Experience & Development:
- Demonstrate leadership by actively engaging with clients, providing exceptional personalized experiences, and building strong relationships.
- Lead the team to deliver service excellence, increasing client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Establish brand presence in the market through networking, local events, and community outreach.
- Influence team members to adopt a Client Relationship Management (CRM) mindset, utilizing CRM tools to enhance client experience.
- People Development:
- Identify and recruit top talent, build a high-performing team, and lead by example.
- Cultivate a passion for IWC's brand, products, mission, and values among team members.
- Conduct in-store training, coaching, and daily briefs to ensure staff are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Build individual development plans and oversee annual review processes.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and networking.
- High emotional intelligence and general education.
$120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
