At Arla Foods, we're seeking a driven and determined Senior Sales Manager to lead our retail business in Spain. Our company is built on a strong community with Scandinavian values and local market roots, allowing us to be close to our farmers and motivate us every day to deliver the best results.
We're looking for someone with exceptional sales flair and knowledge of the food industry. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you'll independently negotiate with defined food retail customers, manage distributors, and identify new product opportunities. You'll also collaborate with other departments to implement these opportunities and achieve sales targets within your designated area of responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in key account or commercial roles within the brand business of an FMCG company, preferably in the fresh/food sector. They'll also have distributor and convenience business knowledge, team management experience, and excellent knowledge of sales processes in a dynamic FMCG company and retail industry.
We offer a competitive salary of €65,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a high double-digit million turnover target.
