**Job Overview**
We are looking for a junior to mid-level Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Málaga. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base across key industries such as Entertainment, Music, Sports, and Corporate Merchandising.
**Key Responsibilities**
We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual who can manage and prioritise tasks efficiently, while maintaining a strong focus on lead generation and conversion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Research and Identify New Business Opportunities
- Use LinkedIn, HubSpot, and other tools to identify new leads
- Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria
- Engage with decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
- Build relationships with potential clients and partners to drive sales opportunities
- CRM Management
- Import new leads and manage existing contacts in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Organise contacts by industry, region, and lead status, and assign relevant properties
- Track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion to meetings or opportunities
- Reporting and Analysis
- Report on performance metrics, activity levels, and sales pipeline, providing insight into lead generation effectiveness
- Team Collaboration
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss lead generation results, refine strategies, and align on company goals
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proactive and Self-Driven
- Comfortable working independently while meeting KPIs & targets
- Organised
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks efficiently
- Tech-Savvy
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a bonus)
- Strong Communication Skills
- Confident in professional correspondence and outreach
- Fluent in English
- Additional languages are a plus
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive salary of **€40,000 - €60,000 per year**, depending on experience, plus a bonus scheme and growth opportunities.
