Business Development Manager for EPCs and Hydrogen Solutions

As a Business Development Manager for EPCs and Hydrogen Solutions at ABB, you will play a key role in developing and executing a growth strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage the account strategy for main Spanish EPCs with a focus on international projects in Water, Oil and Gas, Process Industries, Energy, and Utilities Segments.
- Lead the sales strategy implementation for developing drives business related to the emergent Hydrogen Segment in the Country.
- Coordinate sales activities, creating added value for the customer and for ABB, with a clear focus on sales, increasing market share, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
- An Engineering Degree, preferably Electrical or Industrial.
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, working managing complex Accounts (End Users, Engineering, EPC) or Segments (Water, Hydrogen) in the B2B environment.
- Depth knowledge about Industrial Equipment applications and Industry 4.0 needs and Digitalization.
- Experience in Water/Process Industries/Power Generation/Hydrogen will be well considered.
- Knowledge and use of Salesforce or other CRM for Pipeline Management and Customer follow-up.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong communication and customer relationship-building skills, mindset, and a professional "can-do" attitude.
