RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you'll need a fluent level of Italian, exceptional grammar and spelling skills, and a high level of English (both written and spoken). You'll also need a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service, the ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy, strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail, and a professional outlook with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
BenefitsWe offer a range of benefits, including a competitive salary of €9,025.64 gross per year, top performance incentives, 24 calendar days of paid holiday per year, paid bank holidays, and 1 extra day in lieu. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with 4 days per month spent at the office and for training purposes, and receive 8 days of full-time training. Our office is located in Barcelona (La Sagrera).
