Customer Service Representative Opportunity

CPM International is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a representative of New Balance EMEA, you will be the key contact for customers seeking product information and resolving queries in a professional and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, chat, and social media
  • Develop a thorough understanding of New Balance products and services
  • Work collaboratively with customers to analyze problems and offer individual solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A fluent level of Portuguese and high level of English (written and spoken)
  • Exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy
  • Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
