Your primary responsibilities will include identifying training needs, creating new initiatives, and evolving existing programs to promote growth and competency. You'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to design and deliver engaging training content, including guides, videos, and other supporting materials.
To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of consultative sales and systems training experience, exceptional presentation skills, and a passion for learning. You'll also need to be able to develop training materials in various formats and balance multiple tasks with excellent output and on-time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Identify training needs and create new initiatives or reform and improve existing programs
* Assist in the evolution of New Hire Training Programs for inside sales teams
* Run the production of guides, videos, and other supporting content
* Deliver training content, lead side-by-side sessions, group activities, and more
* Provide accurate and timely communication as it relates to open projects
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of consultative sales and systems training experience
* Exceptional presentation skills and a passion for learning
* Proven ability to develop training materials in a variety of formats
* Consistent track record in balancing multiple time-sensitive tasks with excellent output and on-time delivery
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members across the globe
* English and French Speaking
**Nice to Have:**
* Education and/or certification in adult learning practices
* Experience working within a SaaS or platform sales organization
* Experience with Salesforce, Loom, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Print and digital marketing experience
