About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Phygital Training Project Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Diabetes Division, you will play a critical role in educating patients on insulin pump and/or sensor therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver virtual training programs for patients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our devices and therapy options.
  • Collaborate with healthcare personnel, Therapy Sales Specialists, and other stakeholders to provide remote support and address patient queries.
  • Provide technical training and troubleshooting support to patients, ensuring they can effectively use our devices and manage their diabetes.
  • Stay up-to-date on new device releases and training methodologies, ensuring your virtual training activities are always aligned with the latest best practices.
  • Conduct regular follow-up sessions with patients to monitor their progress, address concerns, and provide ongoing support.
  • Participate in cluster and area meetings to optimize and improve virtual training activities, sharing best practices and suggestions for improvement.
