About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Training Project Specialist to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our Diabetes Division, you will play a critical role in educating patients on the use of our insulin pump and sensor therapy devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver virtual training programs for patients, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of our devices and therapy options.
  • Collaborate with field colleagues and clinical referents to provide technical support and address patient questions and concerns.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage patient interactions and track training outcomes.
  • Participate in cluster and area meetings to optimize and improve virtual training activities.
  • Contribute to the development of new tools and resources to enhance patient engagement and education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or nurse discipline, or equivalent experience in the diabetes sector.
  • Proven experience in technical/commercial training, with a strong understanding of diabetes therapy and device management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Catalan, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
