Compliance Training Specialist

At Payoneer, we're committed to empowering businesses to thrive in the digital world. As a Compliance Training Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our organization remains compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop impactful learning content
  • Support the delivery and administration of training through our learning management system
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training through reporting and assessments
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent business writing skills, with experience writing instructional material for adult learners
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment/industry
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring systems (e.g., Articulate Storyline)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
