Job Title: Operations Manager - Compliance Specialist

At Amazon Eu Sarl (Spain Branch), we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager - Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Seller Engagement Team (SET), you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our Selling Partners with EU regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage the Paragon Workflow, ensuring its alignment with SET's compliance strategy.
  • Optimize compliance engagement processes and streamline standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Ensure agility in adapting to changing regulations and best practices within the Seller Engagement Team (SET).
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and effectively communicate with stakeholders to align goals and implement programs.
  • Establish a quality assurance framework to ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Scrum methodologies for continuous process improvement and innovation.
  • Coach, mentor, and train team members, fostering their professional growth and empowering them to contribute effectively to the success of the program.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs, with experience in internal auditing processes.
