Job Description

Galderma Pharma S.A. is a leading pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for the dermatology market. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Operations Specialist to join our Global Ethics & Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Tools and Systems
    • Manage and administer various compliance tools and systems, including the Speak Up Hotline, Compliance Risk Management Platform, and e-Document Management System (eDMS).
    • Develop and deliver training programs on these systems to relevant stakeholders.
    • Support the implementation of new tools and systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
    • Report on relevant data from these tools and systems to key stakeholders.
  • Training Operations
    • Manage global Legal & Compliance trainings within the Learning Management System (LMS), including setup, testing, assignment, and maintenance.
    • Track completion rates for e-trainings and follow up with non-completers.
    • Support subject matter experts in developing new compliance e-trainings and other training formats.
    • Manage the Compliance Training mailbox and provide LMS user support.
  • Policies and Procedures
    • Establish and maintain a central Compliance policy repository, including inventory and revision management.
    • Support subject matter experts in establishing new and revising existing policies and procedures.
    • Ensure Compliance policies and procedures are published on eDMS and internal channels.
  • Project Management and Workstream Support
    • Support critical workstreams, including compliance risk management, global and local monitoring, third-party risk management, and quarterly Global Risk & Compliance Council meetings.
    • Provide project support to subject matter experts as required.
  • Collaboration and Engagement
    • Manage shared mailboxes and distribute requests to relevant stakeholders.
    • Oversee and manage internal Ethics & Compliance customer-facing documents and materials.
    • Engage with and serve as a contact point for Galderma's Compliance Network across 40+ countries.
    • Assist with and drive global and regional communications on specific matters.
Requirements
  • A relevant Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral).
  • 5+ years of legal, compliance, or equivalent business experience in a global role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience in operating in an in-house legal and/or compliance department environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and coordination skills.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
  • Self-starter mentality, solution-oriented, and proactive.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly changing environment.
  • Profound project management skills an advantage.
  • Experience in working in complex matrix organizations an advantage.
