Omfang:
Du vil være ansvarlig for å håndtere kundekontakten på det norske markedet, gjennom ulike kommunikasjonskanaler. Dette inkluderer telefon, e-post og andre digitale kanaler.
Krav og Kompetanse:
• God norskkunnskap (morsmålsnivå)
• Flytende engelsk
• Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter og evne til å håndtere ulike kundesituasjoner profesjonelt
Vilkår og Forutsetninger:
Vi tilbyr fast, heltidsstilling (39 timer per uke) med en stabil kontrakt. Arbeidstiden er mandag til fredag fra 09:00 til 18:00. Du vil bli en del av et dynamisk og internasjonalt selskap med moderne kontor i Barcelona.
Målsetting:
Til denne stillingen søker vi en person som har god norsk kunnskap og erfaring innen kundeservice eller lignende. Vi ser etter noen som er profesjonell, organisert og holder til sine mål.
Lønn:
Det årlige lønnen for denne stillingen er mellom 450 000 - 550 000 kroner fordelt over 12 måneder.
