At Language Matters, we are seeking an experienced Norwegian Speaking Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-oriented individual with strong leadership skills and excellent Norwegian language skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supervising and motivating a team, with a proven track record of achieving KPIs and objectives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding, coaching, developing, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor, guide, coach, develop, and motivate your team to achieve high performance standards
  • Assist with employee onboarding and ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Set clear KPIs and objectives and ensure they are achieved through effective communication and direction
  • Provide training to employees for continuous development and growth
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Norwegian to mother tongue standard and fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager in a customer service environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide good direction and guidance
  • Able to commute to Daventry, 1 day per week
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package that includes private healthcare and a holiday allowance.
