Mission

  • Lead the commercial strategy and sales for green hydrogen engineering services and solutions, identifying business opportunities in western Europe and building strong relationships with local partners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Represent the company's hydrogen business across Europe, creating and implementing business plans and strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with local partners, contractors, advisors, institutions, offtakers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of green hydrogen projects.
  • Identify, assess, and analyze new business development opportunities, including selecting the best geographies, segments, partners, and customers, and pricing strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to stay informed of market trends and opportunities, and coordinate with the Commercial Team to develop and submit proposals to clients.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of green hydrogen projects, overseeing commercial negotiations, drafting and negotiating contracts, and regularly traveling to assigned areas to explore and develop business opportunities.
  • Deliver presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders, and participate in conferences, summits, and other communication channels to enhance business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to support business growth and deliver value to the company and its clients.

Requirements

  • Ms/Bs University Degree in Industrial or Chemical Engineering.
  • 10-15 years of experience, with the last 5 years in equivalent positions (business development). Preferably seeking a professional from the Natural gas, Energy, Oil & Gas-Petrochemical sector, particularly in engineering and/or manufacturing of electromechanical equipment.
  • Sufficient technical capability to adequately explain and communicate the company's solutions and their scope.
  • Knowledge of European institutions, local standards and design norms and local practices for contracting.
  • High level of French and English proficiency.
  • Ability to interact with work teams, strong communicator, and full availability to travel.
  • Commercial aptitude, Business acumen, Strong communicator, Builder of commercial relationships.
