Job Description

We are seeking a Revenue Maximization Strategist to join our team at Marriott International. The ideal candidate will have expertise in balancing financial objectives and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue and profit.

About the Role
  • Analyze and report revenue management data to identify current and potential problems, proposing solutions to optimize revenue.
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies to increase revenue and profits through effective pricing and sales tactics.
  • Build and maintain successful relationships with stakeholders, including hotel General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees, and owners, to communicate market direction and results.
Key Responsibilities

The Revenue Maximization Strategist will be responsible for:

  1. Enhancing revenue growth by analyzing and reporting on revenue management data.
  2. Developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize revenue and profits.
