Misión

As the Head of Revenue at Worldwide Recruitment Energy, you will be a key leader responsible for designing and implementing revenue strategies that drive growth in alignment with our commitment to environmental sustainability and social impact.

Responsibilities:

Energy Trading Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive energy trading strategy to mitigate risks while optimizing revenue from renewable energy projects.
  • Monitor energy market trends, identify opportunities, and execute trading activities to maximize profitability.

Revenue Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize revenue streams from energy sales (power, Guarantees of Origin, Market Access), taking into account market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance revenue generation.

Commercial Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement innovative commercial strategies to optimize revenue generation from solar photovoltaic projects alongside other technologies.
  • Ensure alignment of commercial strategies with clients' overall business objectives and commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

PPA Management and Contract Negotiation:


Actively manage Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and lead the negotiation of energy sales contracts with corporate and utility to secure favorable terms for the client.

Lead negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure favorable revenue agreements for client's solar projects.
Ensure the effective management of contracts, including compliance monitoring and resolution of issues to maximize revenue realization.

Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Development:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and potential challenges affecting revenue generation.
Play a key role in business development efforts, identifying and pursuing new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.
Lead efforts to acquire potential clients by leveraging market insights, understanding client needs, and tailoring proposals to meet requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the energy industry.
