Power Plant Control Engineer

Overview:
At Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, we are committed to making sustainable, reliable, and affordable energy a reality. As a Power Plant Control Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing new solutions for Power Plant Control and models.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and test Power Plant Control Solutions
  • Design, develop, and test control algorithms and models

Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in wind energy
  • BA/MA in computer science, electrical engineering, or similar
  • Knowledge in control algorithms
  • Ability to write reports and manuals
  • Experience with Matlab/Simulink; C++ would be a plus
  • Experience with JIRA & JIT
  • Strong command of English; Spanish would be a plus
