We're Otovo, a company driven by innovation and customer satisfaction. We're seeking a highly skilled Paid Advertising Director to spearhead our performance marketing efforts in Madrid.

This role comes with a competitive salary package, estimated at €90,000 per year, acknowledging its vital role in driving business growth and expansion.

Role Overview

As a Paid Advertising Director at Otovo, you'll oversee the development and execution of our performance marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple markets.

Tight collaboration with local country teams and central marketing teams is crucial to achieving high-efficiency and growth campaigns across all paid media channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership and development of the paid media strategy, including daily campaign implementation across Paid Search and Paid Social.
  • Analyzing and optimizing campaign performance across various platforms to achieve balanced KPIs like CPA, volume, and ROI.
  • Sharing performance insights with wider teams to foster learning and new technique adoption.
  • Data-driven decision making through performance forecasting and analysis to enhance marketing strategies.

Collaborate closely with local and central marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

  • Work closely with local country teams on global and country-specific campaigns, including best practices, strategies, and customer insights sharing.
  • Continuous testing of new creative assets, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to meet and exceed target KPIs.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English (additional language skills are beneficial but not required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in paid media campaign management with a proven track record of enhancing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Strong expertise in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Data analysis and reporting proficiency, along with the ability to derive actionable insights for informed decision-making, utilizing Looker visualization tools.
  • A passion for optimization, staying up-to-date with the latest performance marketing trends.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
