Customer Onboarding and Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding and Success Manager to join our client's team in Dublin. As an Italian speaker, you will be responsible for leading technical onboarding for new clients within the designated region.
Responsibilities- Lead technical onboarding for new clients, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems, technologies, and infrastructure.
- Assess client needs and goals to plan for successful integration, supporting them throughout the onboarding process.
- Foster long-term partnerships by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, functionality, and practical applications to offer expert guidance.
- Manage accounts directly, striving to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Analyze data to identify key opportunities and implement data-driven strategies to boost sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success.
- Minimum 2 years experience in account management, partner support, pre-sales support, post-sales support, or client-facing technical discovery.
- Native or fluent in Italian (C1 level), with strong proficiency in written and spoken communication.
- Experience in industries such as online brokers, online marketplace software, IT services, or SaaS sector is preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, excellent project management abilities, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, adaptable to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
