Account Management Specialist for Sustainability SaaS

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) Account Management team, focused on global markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base for small to mid-tier Manufacturing (MFG) customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer segmentation effort for all our MFG accounts
- Be the analytics lead for MFG customers - Monitor, organize and report data for all accounts
- Proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them
- Own and manage our renewals so that this compelling event is maximised as much as possible
- Identify, nurture and close expansion opportunities, utilising our impactful array of products for cross-selling and effectively white space mapping your portfolio
- Work closely with colleagues in the marketing team to act on industry opportunities, attend events and back up marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management to drive NRR across a portfolio of customers for 2-3 years
- Experience in identifying, nurturing and closing €5,000+ revenue expansion opportunities
- Data driven - use the data at your disposal to identify insights and come up with plans to act on them
- Proactive and creative
- Each customer is different and you love figuring out how to engage them
- Happy picking up the phone to customers as a way to drive retention or expansion
- Orchestrator and collaborator - know you can't win every retention battle or expansion opportunity on your own and know when to engage sales, product, CS or others to maximise the chances of success
- Metrics-driven - thrive on challenging individual and team targets
