Sustainability SaaS Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success and Growth Specialist to work within our Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) team at One Click LCA. Our company is the leading digital platform for Life Cycle Assessment in the construction industry, with solutions used in over 170 countries and 50,000 global construction projects. As a B2B SaaS business, we offer a flexible and friendly work environment with a great deal of autonomy in your role. This full-time position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in the EU, UK, and Nordics.
,Key Responsibilities,- Lead efforts to retain and grow our existing customer base for large customers, playing a key role in driving our Gross and Net Revenue retention,
- Build strong, trusted relationships with our customers as the basis for revenue expansion and retention,
- Own and manage our renewals to maximise this compelling event,
- Identify, nurture, and close expansion opportunities, utilising our impactful array of products,
- Proactively identify customers at risk of churn and work across teams to find solutions to retain them,
- Work closely with colleagues in the marketing team to act on industry opportunities and attend events,
- Segment and sort accounts under your management to ensure your time is spent targeting the right customers, in the right order
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS, working in Customer Success or Account Management to drive NRR across a portfolio of customers for 4-5 years,
- Experience in identifying, nurturing, and closing €15,000 revenue expansion opportunities,
- Data-driven approach, using the data at your disposal to identify insights and come up with plans to act on them,
- Proactive and creative, with the ability to engage customers in different ways,
- Happy to pick up the phone to customers to drive retention or expansion,
- Metrics-driven, thriving on challenging individual and team targets,
- Proficient in English, with additional language skills beneficial
