The Position

We seek an Environmental Sustainability Specialist who embodies our core values of Accomplishment, Responsibility, Integrity, Solidarity, and Engagement. This role involves researching managerial and organizational activities that help organizations achieve decarbonation and environmental goals. The successful candidate will teach courses in environmental management and corporate sustainability at the undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate level. We expect candidates to be fluent in English, as most courses are taught in this language. A strong publication record in top-tier refereed journals and grant application ability are valued assets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications include:

  • PhD or close proximity to obtaining it
  • Strong teaching skills and experience in higher education
  • Research expertise in environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility
  • Ability to secure publications in top-tier refereed journals
  • Familiarity with cross-disciplinary research efforts

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary, estimated to be around €80,000 per annum, based on factors such as location, industry standards, and job requirements. The compensation package also includes benefits like French social security, comprehensive health insurance, and a contributory pension scheme, which can significantly impact take-home pay.
