**The Role**

We are looking for a Spanish speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying leads, building product knowledge, and developing fundamental sales skills. You will get the best of both worlds – training and autonomy – and will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing success.

**Responsibilities**

Analyze and understand prospective customer needs, personas, processes, projects, and requirements to ascertain potential solutions.

Perform outbound prospecting through cold-calling, emails, and social media to generate high-quality, BANT qualified leads that can be promoted to sales.

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions and our value proposition so that you can speak around value and return on investment vs technical functionalities.

Maintain a high volume of tailored, strategic, multi-channel outreach for your target accounts.

Confidently interact with and influence key personnel up to and including Executives at the highest levels of an organization.

Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with the Account Executives that you support.

Prioritize your time and accounts effectively to ensure success.

**Requirements**

Native level of Spanish and English (additional languages advantageous).

BS/BA degree in Business Management, Finance, or Economics.
