Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Compliance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal support across various departments. Key Responsibilities: * Review and analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations * Develop and implement compliance plans to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements * Provide legal support to various departments, including Finance and People Talent * Collaborate with external legal advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance * Prepare and present legal reports to the Board of Directors Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred * Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal and compliance role, preferably within a multinational company in the advertising sector or relevant law firm Skills: * Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices, especially in commercial law, data protection, and compliance * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Proficiency in developing and implementing compliance plans * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills * Proficiency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus What We Offer: * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading European Ad Tech vendor * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced legal professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and cover letter, to [insert contact information].
