Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal & Compliance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal support across various departments.
Key Responsibilities- Review of Legal Documentation: Conduct thorough reviews of all legal documents of interest to the company (contracts with clients and suppliers, internal legal documentation, etc.). Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Compliance Plan Development: Adapt the internal Compliance Plan to align with company standards and regulations. Maintain Taptap's Third Party Code of Ethics and Taptap's Internal Policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and enforced.
- Market Expansion Support: Provide legal support for the company's entry into new markets and for M&A activities. Ensure all legal requirements and regulations are met in new jurisdictions.
- Departmental Legal Support: Offer legal assistance to various global departments, primarily Finance and People & Talent, and Taptap's subsidiaries.
