Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Compliance Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the company's legal affairs, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing legal support across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and coordinate legal documentation, including contracts with clients and suppliers, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain the internal Compliance Plan, aligning it with company standards and regulations.
  • Provide legal support for market expansion and M&A activities, ensuring all legal requirements and regulations are met in new jurisdictions.
  • Offer legal assistance to various global departments, primarily Finance and People & Talent, and Taptap's subsidiaries.
  • Prepare and present legal reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring they are informed of significant legal issues, risks, and compliance status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal and compliance role, preferably within a multinational company in the advertising sector or relevant law firm.
