Key Responsibilities- Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with our guidelines and policies
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential issues
- Develop strategies to improve the overall user experience
- Stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas
- Participate in content calibrations and contribute to the development of content policies
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience in data-driven business operations process
- Proficiency in English and one of the following Nordic languages: Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content
- Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a passion for international issues
- Experience working with global teams
