We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Associate to join our Prime Video team in Spain. As a Compliance Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our content and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for our users.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team that is passionate about shaping the future of entertainment. As a Compliance Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure it meets our established guidelines and policies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance issues, and develop strategies to improve the overall user experience. Your expertise will be essential in helping us stay ahead of emerging trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate content to ensure compliance with our guidelines and policies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address potential compliance issues
  • Develop strategies to improve the overall user experience
  • Stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas
Requirements
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience in data-driven business operations process
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following Nordic languages: Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content
  • Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with a passion for international issues
  • Experience working with global teams
