Prime Video is a leading streaming service that provides an extensive library of movies and TV shows, allowing customers to easily discover their favorite content.

We offer a diverse selection of popular films and series, including exclusive originals and live sports events. Our members can also subscribe to additional channels and have the flexibility to rent or purchase new releases from the Prime Video Store.

Your Responsibilities
As a Compliance Operations Associate, you will:

  • Manage daily compliance operations for Prime Video, focusing on content moderation, classification, and data labeling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review content and ensure adherence to established guidelines.
  • Examine a variety of content, including sensitive material, to enforce compliance policies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and enhance the overall user experience on Prime Video.
  • Stay informed about key trends and potential issues in content policy, participating in regular content calibrations.

This position requires you to engage with various types of content, which may include challenging material. We encourage you to consider this aspect when exploring this opportunity.

Basic Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
  • A background in data-driven business operations.
  • Proficiency in English and one of the following Nordic languages: Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish.

  • Experience in content policy, anti-abuse measures, and online content review.
  • A keen interest in identifying abuse trends and a passion for international issues such as freedom of expression and misinformation.
