About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Local Compliance Officer to join our team at Teva Pharmaceutical Usa. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our local operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Conduct assessments, monitoring, and internal investigations to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
- Provide advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders on compliance matters.
- Manage and develop training programs to ensure compliance awareness among employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years of compliance experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- University degree in Compliance, Legal, Accounting, or a related field.
- Fluent in Spanish (speaking and writing) and good in English (speaking and writing).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
