Compliance Leadership Opportunity

Tevapharm is seeking a seasoned Compliance professional to lead our Global Compliance & Ethics Program in Spain. As Associate Director, Local Compliance Officer Spain, you will be responsible for developing and executing our compliance strategy, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance policies, procedures, and processes to ensure effective risk management and mitigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business-oriented guidance and support, enabling the company to achieve its goals in a compliant and ethical manner.
  • Manage compliance monitoring and internal investigations, ensuring timely and effective remediation and action items.
  • Support the Spanish Compliance Committee and contribute to global Compliance & Ethics initiatives.
  • Champion Tevapharm's Values, Principles, and Code of Conduct.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in Compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • University degree or equivalent in Compliance, Legal, Accounting, or relevant field.
  • Excellent understanding of local pharma industry and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to advise management on complex issues objectively and confidently.
  • Fluent in Spanish and good command of English.
