Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Associate Director, Local Compliance Officer Spain to join our team. As a key member of our Global Compliance & Ethics team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our compliance program in Spain.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of our compliance program in Spain, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business-oriented guidance and support, enabling the company to achieve its goals in a compliant and ethical manner.
- Manage the process of ensuring that core elements of an effective compliance program are implemented and working as designed, including policy development, risk assessment, and monitoring.
- Support the Spanish Compliance Committee and ensure regular meetings to assess and mitigate compliance risks.
- Conduct training and present to various audiences, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in compliance, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as compliance, law, or accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of local pharma industry regulations and laws, as well as a good understanding of corporate compliance topics.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to advise management on complex issues objectively and confidently.
- Fluent in Spanish and good command of English.
