Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations and Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from initial inquiry to departure. Your primary focus will be on processing new reservations, updating and cleaning up existing ones, handling special requests, and communicating with guests or travel agents to resolve any discrepancies.

Responsibilities
  • Run daily reports for Reservation department, operational departments, Sales & Marketing.
  • Process new reservations, update and clean up reservations, process advance deposits, answer reservations inbox emails within 24 hours, process reports (No Shows, ORS Comments, Commission, etc.)
  • Assist in all allocation of rooms.
  • Check and handle for special requests and hard blocking rooms as needed.
  • Contact guests or travel agents to clarify any discrepancies in preferences or requests before guests' arrival.
  • Track future room availabilities based on reservations.
  • Monitor and update internet reservation system in coordinate with respected hosts.
  • Assist in determine room rates based on the selling tactics of the resort.
  • Assist in the management of the guest history and profile system.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent organizational skills, a keen sense of product and service quality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You should have knowledge of hotel/resort policies regarding reservations, discounts, MICE platforms, and detailed procedures in handling local and overseas room bookings. Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential, as well as familiarity with various hotel systems including PMS, GDS, and CRS platforms.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including internship allowance, uniform, and laundry facilities. You will also enjoy two days off per week, access to our sustainable canteen, and shared accommodation at the resort.
