About the Location: Perched on the breathtaking Formentor Peninsula, our Mallorca resort boasts stunning views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. Originally opened in 1929 within a private estate, this historic property is currently undergoing restoration and renovation, with plans to reopen as a Four Seasons resort in the near future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all activities to ensure seamless communication and follow-up on any upcoming issues, guest requests, or special requirements.
  • Coordinate arrivals and departures, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved and reviews daily arrivals to guarantee proper handling of special attention guests, return guests, groups, etc.
  • Ensure smooth handling of guest luggage, deliveries, and special requests, reviewing all materials concerning daily events, including return guests, VIPs, and function sheets, and ensuring the team is aware of arrival guests and pre-placed amenities/luggage for rooms.
  • Resolve customer complaints and handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible, and assist customers in all inquiries.
  • Maintain order on the front drive, ensuring the smooth flow of traffic by directing guest cars and taxis to the appropriate positions and directing valet parkers to park cars.
  • Act as an example for the Guest Services team and assist the Guest Services Assistant Manager in supervising the Guest Services team.

Our Ideal Candidate: We seek an experienced professional in luxury hospitality operations who possesses excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively within a team and share our passion for excellence and creating memorable experiences for our guests. A competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum reflects the high standards we expect from our team members.
