About the Location:
The Four Seasons Resort Mallorca is situated on the stunning Formentor Peninsula, offering breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and surrounding landscapes. This historic property has been restored and renovated to provide a luxurious experience for our guests. The resort is scheduled to open in June 2024 as part of the Four Seasons portfolio.

Job Responsibilities:
As Recreation Director, you will be responsible for leading the recreation department, ensuring that established cultural and core standards are met. You will be visible in the operation, providing recognition and demonstrating strong guest engagement skills to effectively build rapport and handle guest complaints or special requests. You will communicate closely with relevant Managers and Assistant Managers to ensure follow-up on special issues and guest requests. Additionally, you will participate in regular staff meetings to keep employees informed of resort policies, changes, and ways to enhance sales and service. Review daily arrivals to ensure VIP and returning guests, as well as groups, are handled with care.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1+ years of leadership experience in Recreation Management. You should demonstrate knowledge and passion for seasonal recreation and activities. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. Advanced leadership skills with cross-cultural sensitivity and a commitment to exceptional customer service are also required. A guest-centric approach with an understanding of the importance of guest preferences is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and fluency in English and Spanish are required for this role, as applicants must have current work authorization in Spain. The estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on experience.
