Our Current Opportunity

Job Title: Hotel Experience Director

Location: Four Seasons Resort Mallorca, Spain

Salary Range: €35,000 - €50,000 per annum

The Guest Experience Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive personalized attention from the moment they arrive until their departure. This high-profile department is responsible for responding to guest requests, handling interactions with the highest level of hospitality, and coaching staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest requests by accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism and accommodate special requests whenever possible
  • Coach staff to achieve Core and Service Culture standards, conduct performance reviews, and discipline staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous Front Desk Operations experience with good communication skills
  • Speaking, writing, and reading English and Spanish is required
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Must have the right to work in Spain
