Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Strategist to join our team in the EMEA/Ireland region. As a key member of our Total Rewards team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits policies and programs to support our organization's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:- Evaluate present programs through research, surveys, and analysis of compensation and benefit trends to evaluate competitive position as it relates to the company's strategy.
- Use job evaluation process to determine job requirements and prepare market data analysis to determine compensation program assignment (pay structures, variable pay, equity).
- Advise, educate and coach Human Resources and management on Total Reward programs and systems.
- Represent Total Rewards and/or serve as project manager on specified initiatives.
- Review existing and proposed statutory requirements governing compensation administration and recommend appropriate course of action.
- Responds to and resolves a variety of escalated compensation and benefits issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst essential Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation analysis tools.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail Effective interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus Some flexibility to travel when required
