Job Title: Business ControllerThe Business Controller is a key partner to the business leads, providing critical support in decision-making processes across the company's value chain. The primary focus is on generating relevant information and ensuring that decision-making is data-driven, fact-based, and aligned with both company targets and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Quality and Sales Controlling: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales pipeline data in Salesforce, maintaining sales controlling processes.
- Quotation and Financial Evaluation: Prepare and review quotation files for major customer projects, performing financial evaluations (DCF, IRR) to inform business decisions.
- Project Execution and Performance: Monitor and follow up on the execution and performance of major and critical customer projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Support business leads in periodical reporting and forecasting, providing data-driven insights to inform business strategies.
- Variance Analysis and Improvement Initiatives: Conduct variance analysis against set targets, tracking countermeasures and improvement initiatives to drive business growth.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or equivalent work experience.
- Industry Experience: Preferably, work experience in the service industry and the automotive sector.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong analytical skills, team-oriented approach, self-driven, and proficient in ERP (SAP) and CRM (Salesforce) systems.
- Language Proficiency: English fluent as a second language.
