En Agap2 estamos buscando un/a futuro/a BUSINESS MANAGER JUNIOR para incorporarse en Septiembre en el equipo de forma estable y desarrollar el área de negocio en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Sant Cugat, Barcelona
No es necesaria experiencia previa, en Agap2 buscamos a recién graduados a quiénes formar a partir de la experiencia profesional de expertos que te ayudarán a tu crecimiento y proyección profesional.
La posición de Business Manager es un puesto polivalente donde te dedicarás principalmente a siguientes áreas:
Business Developer: Contactar con clientes potenciales con el fin de diagnosticar oportunidades de negocio en futuros proyectos de IT. Serás responsable del crecimiento y rentabilidad de tu cartera de clientes.Recruiter: Selección y contratación de personal especializado en IT para que formen parte de tu equipo de consultores.Manager: Garantizar el crecimiento profesional de tus consultores, realizar el seguimiento de su evolución, formación y evolución de sus competencias para la mejora de su carrera profesional.Ser Business Manager en Agap2 es sinónimo de oportunidades y crecimiento; te permite adquirir experiencia en el manejo de cuentas claves, gestión de carreras profesionales y el desarrollo de nuevas marcas dentro del grupo. Para ello ofrecemos un plan de carrera en el cual tu coach te acompañara a diario en el desarrollo de tu equipo a través de una formación y un seguimiento personal.

Formación universitaria o en escuela de negocios (recién titulado)
