About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales Team at Kraft Heinz. This exciting opportunity lies within the Iberia Business Unit and is located in our Madrid Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional customer accounts to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted commercial relationships and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement the Annual Operating Plan, including pricing, new product listings, and campaign developments.
  • Drive innovation and trade marketing activities to grow the retail channel and identify opportunities for expansion.
Requirements
  • University degree in a business-related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant commercial experience in the retail channel, preferably with cash & carry and indirect channel customers.
  • Strong ownership attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • EU work permission.
