About the Role

Satlantis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager International to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth in various regions around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our global footprint;
  • Analyze regional markets to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure them;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build new solutions and drive product innovation;
  • Establish and maintain long-term client relationships, updating our customer relations management database;
  • Participate in the definition and implementation of a comprehensive business plan to achieve company revenue and footprint targets.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Aerospace, Telecommunication Engineering, or Business Administration;
  • Between 2-5 years of experience in direct sales or account managing environments in the field of Remote Sensing/Aerospace, with a proven track record of revenue success;
  • Background in the Aerospace sector, preferably in the Space segment, and experience in an International environment for APAC, LATAM & AFRICA regions;
  • Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and execution in B2B and B2G environments;
  • Strong written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English and Spanish, with additional languages such as French being an asset;
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
  • A good understanding of sales, marketing, and technology;
  • International and multidisciplinary work team experience is a plus;
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
