The Customer Success Manager role at Envista Holdings is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to join our team in Spain. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless collaboration between us and the Dental Support Organisation (DSO).

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Account Management professional with 5+ years of experience in leading complex projects and driving commercial impact. Your expertise in implementing processes and managing workflow will be essential in overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that meet the demands of the DSO.

You will collaborate closely with DSO stakeholders and internal teams to develop strategic plans aligned with both organizations' objectives and priorities. This involves understanding and prioritizing the DSO's needs, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing processes to enhance collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic plans in partnership with DSO stakeholders and internal teams to align with both organizations' objectives and priorities.">
  • Understand and prioritize the DSO's needs, ensuring effective resource allocation and maximizing efficiency and profitability.">
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure they are briefed on DSO requirements and provide guidance and support as needed.">
  • Oversee workflow between our organization and the DSO, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize processes.">
  • Monitor progress of initiatives and projects related to the DSO partnership, identifying potential risks and barriers and implementing strategies to overcome them.">

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A university degree.">
  • Experience leading complex projects with commercial impact.">
  • A strong track record of project management and implementation.">
  • Fluent level of English and Spanish languages.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in account management and 3 years in customer success.">
  • Experience working in the Dental industry is a must.">

What We Offer

In return for your skills and experience, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
