Customer Success Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join Autodesk, a leading software company, as a Customer Success Advisor Midmarket. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer satisfaction in the design and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers in achieving their business outcomes by providing guidance and resources to onboard new solutions and identify at-risk customers.
- Partner with field sales teams, reseller partners, technical support, and client services to lead customer success motions.
- Participate in account planning sessions to identify targeted accounts and develop engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer usage data and health metrics to develop strategies for success.
- Create customer success plans for selected focus customers based on business outcome agreements.
- 4+ years of customer success/account management experience.
- Business fluency in English, Italian, and Spanish.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
